Residenz/ Alpenresidenz

The checkin is completed by providing your guest information and all required payments before arrival.
Please note that you will receive your personal door code only after all payments have been successfully processed, including the local tourism tax. Once everything is completed, your door code will be sent to you automatically.
On the day of your arrival, you can enter the apartment from 03:00 PM. As soon as the apartment is released on our side, you will receive an immediate notification.

Unfortunately the earliest check-in time we can promise you now is 3pm. We are really sorry for that.

The guest before you may stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 10am.

As soon as they leave the apartment needs to get cleaned and prepared for you.

But of course it's no problem to store the luggage until the check-in at 3pm with us.

In case the apartment is ready earlier we will let you know immediately.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 10am. The guests who booked the apartment after are allowed to check-in from 3pm. After the departure we need about 4-5 hours to clean the apartment and prepare it for the new guests. 
On the day of your departure you can store your luggage in our luggage room until you leave.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11am. The guests who booked the apartment after are allowed to check-in from 3pm. After the departure we need about 3-4 hours to clean the apartment and prepare it for the new guests.  On the day of your departure you can store your luggage in our luggage room until you leave. 

A final cleaning is included in your room price.

Unfortunately we do not have a air conditioning in the apartments but there is a heating control remote at the wall to adjust the temperature in the apartments.

The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and a body cream.

The bed linen for each booked guest is provided and prepared by us accordingly.

Yes! Please send us a message beforehand if you want to use the sofabed so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

Step 1. Please log into the apartment WIFIIn order to stream content on the TV from your (personal) smartphone or tablet, it would be necessary to be logged into the apartment WIFI network.
Note: You can find the WIFI information in your digital concerige (tablet) inside your apartment under the main menu "Welcome - Guest Information"

Step 2. Switch your TV source to HDMI  You will find on your TV remote the source button to change the TV program (digital) to HDMI (1,2 or 3)
 
Step 3. Cast contentLearn how to cast from Chrome to your TV or cast from Chromecast-enabled apps to your TV. (like Netflix, spotify, Youtube). For more help with Android phones, go to Cast music & video from your phone to a device.
 
Note: You also can use the Google Home app to cast content If your device restarts while you were casting, try casting your content again.

It is open Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturdays from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

If you have forgotten something in the apartment, there is no need to come back. We will collect it for you and send it back to an address of your choice. This service is free of charge for shipping fees that are less than 10.

On the day of your arrival and departure, you can store your luggage safely and securely in our ski room. This is located on the ground floor.

During your stay, you will automatically receive the Gastein Card, which also includes the Salzburg Mobility Card. With these cards, you can use public transport free of charge in the Gastein Valley and throughout the entire province of Salzburg, including train connections all the way to Salzburg City.
You will receive the digital card after completing the online checkin. You can simply show it when boarding buses or trains.

Unfortunately, due to our location between two streets, we dont have any private parking spaces available. Free parking is available directly on the street in front of the Alpenresidenz (limited availability, no reservation possible). Public parking in town is subject to a fee.
Alternatively, the nearby APCOA parking garage at the waterfall is available. It is about 500 meters from the accommodation and can be reached in approximately a 5-minute walk.
The parking garage offers a secure parking option for the duration of your stay. The current parking rates are:
Daily maximum (per 24 hours): 12.00
Weekly ticket (7 days): 36.00

We have private parking near the Residenz Boutique Suites. They can be booked for 10.00 per night. Please let us know in advance if you need a parking space so we can reserve one for you.

Yes! Dogs are allowed in our Apartments. We charge 20,00 per dog per night. If you do bring one please let us know beforehand so we can prepare for it properly.

Each of our apartments is equipped with smoke detectors. If you want to smoke, please use the balcony or leave the apartment. Shishas and any other kind of smoking are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
In case of contraventions special cleaning fees of 200.00 will be charged.

Alpen Residenz

The Bad Gastein train station is located approximately a 15minute walk from Club Alpenresidenz. You can easily reach it on foot by following the main road through the village. From the station, you can take trains to Salzburg (travel time around 1 hour 23 minutes) as well as to other nearby regional train hubs. This makes it convenient for onward travel, day trips, or airport connections.

The Bad Gastein train station is also about a 15minute walk from the Residenz Boutique Suites. The route leads along the KaiserWilhelmPromenade and is easy to follow. From the station, you can travel directly to Salzburg in approximately 1 hour 23 minutes, as well as to other nearby train stations in the region. This provides flexible travel options for arrivals, departures, and excursions.
