Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very clear and simple from the first moment: To curate an unforgettable and perfect stay for our guests. Our building was constructed at the end of the 19th century (1889) and was completely renovated by us with great attention to detail in 2022.

Location

The aim was to provide each guest with an urban, vibrant environment with a distinctive personality. In each of the 11 apartments, our guests will find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired and guarantee maximum comfort.

Fun fact: The British trend magazine "Timeout" has named "Wedding" the fourth coolest neighbor- hood in the world.

The location on Lynarstrasse is ideal for succumbing to the unspoiled charm of Berlin and experiencing the multicultural flair of the lively Sprengelkiez. Numerous latenight shops, great bars, and a diverse gastronomic selection will connect you more closely with Berlin and our Wedding neighborhood. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed during our trip. Simon is an excellent host. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy to follow, making our arrival completely stress-free. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was that Simon left a little surprise gift outside our door every day. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and warmed our hearts. The location is fantastic—right in the city centre with excellent transport links, making it easy to explore everything. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. There are so many great things to say about this place that it’s hard to list them all. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden ☺️ sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll mit kleinen Präsenten an der Tür, Willkommens Sekt Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine gute Anbindung an die S-Bahn und U-Bahn somit konnten wir alles gut erreichen Geparkt haben wir außerhalb von Berlin beim P+R Platz das hat auch sehr gut geklappt Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe und haben uns im Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, zwei Badezimmer und genug Stauraum. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, der kleineBalkon ist sehr praktisch und die Umgebung ist auch super. Keine 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und U-Bahn und in 10 Minuten sind alle wichtigen Supermärkte erreichbar. Ein weiter Pluspunkt ist die Gepäcksaufbewahrung und dass es sogar ein WC gibt, wenn man bereits ausgecheckt hat! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und würden das Airbnb empfehlen! Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!:)

Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit moderne appartement in Berlijn. De communicatie met Simon was goed en duidelijk. Het appartement is stijlvol en modern ingericht, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tweede slaapkamer is wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar dat deed weinig af aan ons verblijf. De locatie is uitstekend: dichtbij het openbaar vervoer, winkels en veel restaurantjes Een fijne uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te verkennen. Zeker een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft von Ben&Simon war sehr ansprechend und wir haben uns als 5-köpfige Familie mit 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geräumig und sehr Nahe an U- und S-Bahn gelegen und es hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ben&Simon sind sehr gut erreichbar. Mal som trochu starosti s enviro nálepkou na aute ktorú nevlastníme keďže nie sme z Nemecka, nakoniec som auto na noc zaparkoval pred domom a na druhy deň som v neďalekej Dekre bezproblémovo dostal nálepku. Poloha je úplne skvelá, pár minút pešo od zastávky metra a S bahn a v okoli množstvo podnikov a barov. Byt je veľmi pekný, udržiavaný a čistý. Zariadenie je moderne a postačuje. Komunikácia bola veľmi dobrá, oceňujem telefonát deň vopred v angličtine, cislo som využil a komunikácia bola veľmi dobrá a profesionálna. Veľmi oceňujem možnosť posedenia na terase za spálnou.

No Parties/Events Any event / parties are strictly forbidden. CCTV are installed in the staircase of the building for security purposes. A nightshift manager is on site.

Quiet hours Please take care of your neighbors. Our quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be mindful of noise during this time.

No smoking Smoking (incl. e-cicarettes) is not allowed inside the apartments or the apartment building. We follow a strict anti-drug policy, which includes as well the consumption of cannabis / marijuana etc.

No BBQ Please refrain from BBQing and smoking water pipes on the hotel premises, including on balconies and terraces.

BENSIMON is the result of a deep friendship and the shared vision of two best friends - Ben and Simon. Together, they pursue a mission: to provide their guests with an unforgettable stay.

The guiding principle "Feel Like Home" has played a key role from the beginning. Through high-quality and modern apartment designs, perfect

service before and during the stay, as well as high comfort on-site, every guest should be offered a home away from home. When they started in 2010, they were just two people, gathering valuable experiences over the years that allowed them to gradually develop their own identity in the hospitality industry.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11 o'clock (11 am). The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

Bed linen and towels for each booked guest is provided and prepared by us accordingly.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
