Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very simple from the first moment: We want our guests to feel at home in our apartments, without having to compromise on the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. That's why guests in each of our apartments on Choriner Straße find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired.
Our apartments are located in the heart of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Known colloquially as "Prenzlberg" by Berliners, it's considered one of the city's most popular and beautiful districts. Life pulsates in this charming area between historic buildings and trendy cafes. Indulge in culinary delights at the cozy restaurants in your vicinity or simply visit one of the hidden boutiques and immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of Berlin's cultural and street art scene.
Fun fact:The "Choriner Straße" is one of Berlin's top photo spots, known especially for its colorful pennants strung from house to house. They are part of the annual Choriner Straßenfest, a popular neighborhood festival with music and dance.
The "Choriner Straße" provides an ideal starting point to experience the vibrant hustle and bustle - whether it's at the "Kulturbrauerei" (200m away), on Sundays at the city-famous flea market in Mauerpark (700m away), or just strolling through the Kollwitzkiez. "Prenzlauer_Berg" is more than just a district - it's a vibrant community that enchants its visitors with its charm and diversity.

- Check-in Time: 3:00 pm

- Check-out Time: 11:00 am
Our check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. Please read why we unfortunately cannot offer a late check-out here: FAQ Link.
- Online Check-in
You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 3 days before your arrival. You need more info how our check-in works? Visit our FAQ Link.
- Personal Door Code
Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes (completed online check-in is mandatory). Visit our FAQ Link.
- Security Deposit:
During online check-in, we request a security deposit (between €200 and €400) via PayPal or credit card. The deposit will only be "blocked", not charged. The deposit will be released approximately 24 hours after a satisfactory check-out. Visit our FAQ Link.
- How to Reach Us During Your Stay?
A member of our service team is usually available on-site daily between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm for personal questions or requests. Our office is also available 365 days a year by phone or email between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. For the little ones among us, safety is of great importance. We are happy to provide you, upon request, with a (travel) baby cot, a high chair, and/or a stroller free of charge. Please let us know at least one day before your arrival so that we can check availability.
Luggage Storage
You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room at any time on the day of your arrival and, of course, also on the day of your departure (free of charge).
Digital Concierge
With our digital concierge, you have a smart solution to access 24/7 information on what to do in town, popular sights to visit, and other helpful services such as locating the nearest grocery store or a fantastic restaurant in your neighborhood. You'll discover a tablet conveniently placed within your apartment, or alternatively, you can utilize our concierge-to-go service on your own device.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.
Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.
